Trademark Oppostion
When an applicant filed a trademark application on a intellectual property right portal and if the trade mark registry is satisfied with the applicant trademark application so they would process the trademark application and issue an examination report to the applicant with a status of “accepted and advertised” and published that mark in the trademark journal .then if any person has any objection with that mark of applicant in the sense if that mark is already registered in their own name so they filed an application of opposition to the trademark registry for the seek of fair judgement and stopping to the other person to registered their mark in the name of new applicant .
In case of trademark opposition , the applicant has to filed the counter statement in written form with the opposition reply government fees with sufficient evidences and proof within 2 months from the opposition examination report.
